My practice focuses on utilizing relational theory to build strong working relationships with my clients. Life has struggles and strains as well as happiness and joy. Sometimes in life, we lose our way and need guidance in finding our way back. In my practice, I focus on issues of depression (including postpartum depression,) anxiety, stress, self-esteem, grief and loss, substance use, career development, relationship issues, and family dynamics through the use of mindfulness-based practices, CBT, ACT, and somatic practices such as yoga and meditation. The focus is on helping you build skills to express emotion in healthier ways.
I am a certified yoga teacher and nutrition coach. I help people stabilize their mental health through a connection with the mind, body, and spirit.
