Life has struggles and strains as well as happiness and joy. Sometimes in life we lose our way and need guidance in finding our way back. In my practice I focus on supporting others through various emotional struggles such as better managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem, substance abuse, relationships as well as various other life transitions through the use of mindfulness based practices, CBT and somatic practices such as yoga and meditation. The focus is on helping you build skills to manage emotions and find your way towards a happier and healthier you.
I am a certified yoga teacher and nutrition coach and help people to think about stabilizing their mental health through a connection with the mind, body and spirit.
