Hello! If you are reading this then you have decided that a part of your life has become unmanageable and the need for professional support is important for your wellbeing. You don’t have to feel confused and alone in the whirlwind of daily life. I am here to listen and support you as you navigate these challenges in a safe and confidential space. I believe that self-growth and healing is a journey and I feel honored to be part of it. As chaotic as the world around you may seem, I am here and ready to join you as you process your thoughts, feelings, and come up with tangible goals. I value diversity and I am LGBTQ+ allied.
Since earning my master’s degree in social work from Boston College, I have worked in a myriad of settings ranging from the prison system, inpatient detoxification, medication assisted treatment, and outpatient mental health. This allows me to bring a variety of experiences to my sessions with you.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. My interests include substance abuse/addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, developmental disabilities, grief & loss, and relationship issues, as well as other areas of mental health. I have a deep appreciation for working with military and first responders. Everyone is different and our work together will be tailored to fit your individual needs and goals through the evidenced based therapeutic approach that we decide is right for you. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.
