I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling post-grad currently working toward licensure. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in both school and clinical settings.
I work with clients across the lifespan, primarily specializing in children, teens, and young adults (ages 6-30). I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. I have a strong interest in working with student-athletes and individuals managing the mental demands of performance.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating person-centered therapy and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I emphasize building strong therapeutic relationships and tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs.
I am committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space for all clients and identify as LGBTQ+ friendly.
