At Compass Counseling, I wear many hats, both literally and figuratively. I’m helping Dr. Sigel realize his vision of putting mental health care in reach of as many people as possible. That means I’m the behind-the-scenes business partner as well as the receptionist and janitor.
This is a second career for me. Before Compass Counseling, I had a long and successful business life in the high-tech sector. And although it can be labelled as successful, my career was lacking in one thing… I didn’t feel like I was contributing to society, making the world a better place. I felt like I hadn’t really found my purpose.
Luckily, my path crossed with Dr. Sigel’s and I now have the wonderful opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way. I love Compass Counseling. It’s a worthy endeavor that I’ve helped shape from the ground up. So, you might see me sitting at the reception desk, answering the phone, etc. Or maybe you won’t see me at all because I’m working in the background. I wear many hats. And I’m happy to be here.
