Compass Counseling is looking for psychotherapists to join our team in our fully remodeled office suite near the intersection of Moody and High Street in Waltham! You’ll have the flexibility of working in the office or remotely, as long as you can devote one or two days per week to in-person visits. This is a great opportunity for those who desire the freedom of having their own private practice without the headaches and expenses. It’s pretty much like being your own boss, but with administrative support baked in. Chosen candidates will be employees rather than independent contractors, so no surprises at tax time. Preference given to those who are open to seeing kids/teens in addition to adults.

Requirements are:
*Current MA license as a Psychologist, LMFT, LADC-I, LICSW, or LMHC.
*3 to 5 years post-independent licensure experience desired
*Previously credentialed by insurance companies is a plus
*Prior private practice experience is a plus, too
